A new Writers’ Group is being launched on Wednesday, October 16th for Family History Month. The group is for those who wish for a targeted discussion about writing – what engages the reader, show instead of tell, verbs and visuals, what to do if you have no photos, what makes for compelling writing, etc.
The purpose will be to provide an hour where participants can get a boost for their family history writing by learning tips, ideas, and all things about making your work fascinating to read, especially for non-genealogists (family etc.).
The group will meet via Zoom on the third Wednesday of each month. Sharon Summer and Elizabeth Swanay O’Neal, CG® will moderate the meeting. Register here to attend the inaugural meeting.
