Benefits of Membership in SBCGS

General membership meetings –held monthly on the third Saturday (except August) at 10:30 AM, at First Presbyterian Church, Constance and State Street. Guest speakers, panels, demonstrations and reports on the latest activities of the Society. The meetings are preceded at 9:30 AM with German, Italian, Irish, Jewish, French-Canadian, Civil War, Computer, DNA and Writers Special Interest Groups (SIG) and sociability and refreshments.  Check the Events Calendar for particular meeting details.

The Book Nook -- sales table with supplies and books in the library and at meetings.
Subscription to Society Publications -- Tree Tips our monthly newsletter and Ancestors West, published quarterly, providing the latest news on genealogy, articles of genealogical interest, resources, and special projects of the society.
